ALTERNATE informs you about the current process of your order. You will receive three E-Mails from us:
- One notice after your order has been placed so that you can check if everything was transmitted in the right way.
- Once your order is processed in our system you get a second notice.
The third notice will be sent after your order is handed over to the delivery service.
It will also contain a tracking number with which you can track the delivery process at www.ups.com.
Please be informed that you have to track by reference and not by number.
As a registered customer you can check the process of your order any time in your customer account under „My Orders“.
