Despite the greatest care in packaging and transport products can get damaged or go missing during transit. So please closely check your delivery when you receive it:
Condition of the delivery:
- a battered or squashed cardboard box can indicate possible damage to the goods.
- Check for the completeness of the order on the basis of the accompanying packing slip; it may be a partial - delivery.
Procedure:
Contact us directly without delay (within 5 working days)! Reporting the damage too late means that we cannot process this further because of the insurance companies' notification deadlines.
